If you are using a MAC computer I cannot help you.

If you are using a Windows based computer and you are using IE7 then this could fix the problem of not being able to view the video:

click on Tools ;
click on Internet Options ;
click on the Security tab ;
click on the Custom Level button;
scroll down to ActiveX controls and Plug-ins ;
scroll down to Display video and animation on a webpage that does not use external media player ;
click on the Enable button;
click OK ;
click Yes in the Warning window;
click Apply ;
click OK

click here to return to the video page. It takes several seconds (usually less than 20) for the video to download but this fix should enable you to see this video and others on other websites.
